We check our products carefully before they leave our premises. Should you have any questions about your product, our service or if you have experienced a fault, please contact our customer service directly.

VASNER provides a 2-year warranty on all its products and even a 5-year warranty on selected items.
The warranty is only applicable with a valid invoice from the date of purchase. If the product has failed, it will be repaired free of charge if it can be proven that the defect is as a result of a material and/or manufacturing fault. In general, we can only repair products free of charge within the warranty period provided they have not been opened previously. Opening the product voids the warranty.

Before returning your product to us, please contact your dealer or our Customer Services team first so that we can discuss the return should a repair be necessary. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned products that were not previously reported to us. This helps us to allocate your case correctly and process it quickly. If you made your purchase within the last two years, please contact your dealer first. Once all issues have been discussed, you will be provided with further information relating to sending in your product and any necessary repair.
