Files that are too small often result in a pixelated, blurry image on your infrared picture heater. Therefore, we ask you to choose a photo / graphic / image that fulfils the minimum requirements listed here on the left. If you are not sure about the quality of your picture, send us your image file and we will check it for you. Afterwards, we will contact you and possibly give you tips. Please note that finished infrared picture heaters can no longer be returned, exchanged or refunded. Therefore, you will receive a file for final approval that you must confirm before production. VASNER would like you to be completely satisfied with your infrared picture panel heater. By submitting the image file, you guarantee that the image rights of third parties are not infringed. This product is only suitable for well-insulated rooms or occasional use. This product is not suitable as a main heating system. As a distributor, we are obliged under the Ecodesign Directive to supply each individual room heater with a control. If you do not enclose a control with your order, a standard version that complies with the directive will automatically be enclosed. According to the Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC and Regulation (EU) 2015/1188, electric room heaters may only be installed, controlled and operated together with a digital thermostat control with the function “weekday control” and “window-open detection” or “adaptive control of the start of heating”.
