The new VUTX3 plug-in thermostat by VASNER offers maximum flexibility for controlling electric heaters and air conditioners. Simply plug the thermostat into the socket and connect the desired heating panel or air conditioning unit. A customised target temperature can then be set or a standard programme can be chosen using the quick selection mode! The desired temperature is then automatically maintained by your electric heater or air-conditioning unit. The most flexible solution for controlling your VASNER infrared heating panel.

Any desired temperature between 5 and 39°C (set in 0,5 degree steps) is automatically maintained depending on the weekday / time of day. Up to 6 temperature changes are possible per day.
The plug-in thermostat has an integrated power consumption meter that updates the energy used in 100 watt increments and displays it in kW.

If there is a temperature drop of 0,2°C – 5°C (individually adjustable) in a short period of time, the plug-in thermostat assumes that a window is open and reduces the heating power of your device.
Prevents the temperature from falling below a dangerous level – can be set between -5°C and +5°C. Ideal for holiday homes.
Key lock to prevent unintentional changing of the heating programme.
All individual settings / heating programmes are stored for 24 hours when the socket thermostat is disconnected from the power supply.

A home is only really cosy when it is at your personal comfort temperature. Thanks to the VUTX3 plug-in thermostat, you can set the desired room temperature between 5 and 39 degrees Celsius with a precision of 0,5 degrees. The great thing about it? The cosy warmth won’t have a negative effect on your wallet. Because at the same time, the programmed temperature reductions (e.g. at night or during your working hours) lead to heating cost savings of up to 10 percent!
To achieve this, you can use the socket thermostat to set an individual heating programme based on day and time. Each day of the week can be programmed individually, a separate heating sequence can be configured for working days and weekends (Mon-Fri & Sat-Sun), and the same settings can be selected for each day of the week (Mon-Sun). For a perfect alignment with your routine, up to 6 automatic temperature changes can be set daily.
The Plug-In Thermostat Measures the Temperature and Controls Your Radiator Automatically
With its integrated sensor, the plug-in thermostat measures the room temperature at regular intervals. If it detects that the target temperature has not been reached or has been exceeded, it automatically increases or decreases the output of your electric heater or air conditioner. This ensures a comfortable temperature at all times. Open window detection: However, if the socket thermostat senses a temperature drop of 0,2°C – 5°C (individually adjustable) within two minutes, the controller will turn down your unit because it assumes that the window is open. Advanced technology for a maximally efficient heating process.

Keeping an Eye on Heating Costs
To ensure that you always know how much power your electric heater or air conditioner is consuming, the VASNER VUTX3 plug-in thermostat measures the energy used in kW. The total power consumption is then updated in 100 W increments and shown in the digital display. This allows you to estimate the ongoing heating costs based on your electricity rate.

Boost Setting of the Plug-In Thermostats
If you activate the boost function on your temperature controller, the output of your device will be increased for one hour. This setting can be used, for example, to preheat towels before showering if your infrared panel heater has suitable towel rails. The duration of the boost function can be manually adjusted as required in 10-minute steps on the plug-in thermostat.
