Description

With the Citara S mirror, VASNER presents an ultra-slim heater that exceeds the highest design standards and redefines cozy warmth. Mounted on the wall in your hallway, bathroom or office, the elegant panel emits invisible infrared radiation. In contrast to heated air, the heat waves are distributed evenly throughout the room and penetrate all surfaces. The walls, floor and ceiling become a kind of heat reservoir and in turn emit the radiant heat again. You are therefore gently surrounded and pampered by sun-like warmth in the room. Despite this innovative, sustainable heat effect, the infrared mirror heater remains virtually unrecognizable as a radiator. With its high-quality coated mirror glass and frameless housing, it looks like a conventional wall mirror that can be mounted horizontally above the washbasin or vertically in the hallway. The mirror heater can be used anywhere in the house thanks to IP44 protection against splashing water on all sides and state-of-the-art ESG safety glass. depending on the model, the bathroom radiator emits 300 - 900 watts of infrared heat. An incomparable heat output with an ultra-flat housing (2 cm deep). The heaters work most efficiently in combination with an additionally available, programmable thermostat for time-dependent maintenance of your comfort temperature. VASNER's patented bracket also enables quick, secure wall mounting at an ideal distance from the selected surface to completely prevent heat build-up. The high quality and safety of the mirror radiators are sealed with a 5-year guarantee.

Efficient control via thermostat:

To use the infrared heater efficiently, use an electronic thermostat
Thermostat is not included in the scope of delivery (see accessories)
The selection of the right thermostat depends on the area of application
Advantages of programmable thermostats: Automatic temperature change according to time & day, individually programmable + standard heating programs, quick selection sets, frost protection function
The infrared heating is interface-open, i.e. compatible with any thermostat system
Also ideal for integration into smart home environments
The infrared heater is compatible with thermostats from other manufacturers

Infrared heating is suitable as main heating according to new GEG 2024, §71 d. The product is suitable as heating for buildings and living spaces in accordance with the requirements of draft law 19/16716 Art. 1 §23 Para. 1 No. 3 GEG and the Ecodesign Directive 2015/1188/EC in conjunction with an external control unit. "This product is only suitable for well-insulated rooms or occasional use. This product is not suitable as a main heating system." This statement is no longer valid according to the new GEG. As a distributor, we are obliged under the Ecodesign Directive to place every single single room heater on the market with a control unit. If you do not include a control unit with your order, a standard version conforming to the directive is automatically included.
