Product description

The brand new Citara T RX from VASNER is an innovative infrared chalkboard heater in black, which is equipped with an integrated radio system, like the already well-known Citara M RX series. This built-in radio module allows the heating to be controlled using the separately available RX thermostat transmitter. This eliminates the need for external thermostat systems or flush-mounted boxes, which greatly simplifies installation and minimizes your workload. The Citara T RX heating system is easy to install and commission. A short press of a button establishes a radio connection to the separately available RX radio thermostat transmitter and the heating can be used immediately. The VASNER RX radio system makes adding or removing infrared heaters in rooms child's play and enables flexible use.

What is the difference between the Citara T and Citara T RX panel heater?

While both heaters fit stylishly on the wall or ceiling with their elegant blackboard design, the Citara T RX radio panel heater sets new standards in terms of control. It not only offers an efficient, elegant heat source, but also an integrated radio unit on the back of the heating panel. This compact unit allows you to establish a wireless connection to the RX thermostat transmitter at the touch of a button. Thanks to the heating and radio connection indicator and the power switch, operation is child's play. You even have the option of deactivating the radio connection and using the heating in manual operating mode if you wish. The Citara T RX radio panel heater therefore offers both convenience and flexibility for every room in your home. Treat yourself to state-of-the-art technology combined with stylish design.

Please note: Only use commercially available, solid blackboard chalks for writing and NOT liquid chalk markers / chalks that contain grease and other additives!

The black surface conceals the latest infrared heating technology, which offers high heat efficiency. The radio blackboard heaters are available in various power levels and are also suitable for use in damp rooms thanks to IP44 splash protection. Integrated overheating protection ensures maximum safety.

You can connect up to a maximum of 100 devices per thermostat transmitter, so that you can also heat very large rooms ideally. With the VASNER RX radio system, all RX series can be flexibly combined with each other so that you can freely plan and design your room.

NEW: Digital tilt protection / off function

The Citara T RX infrared heaters also have digital tilt protection with an off function, which ensures maximum safety, especially when used on the move with the appropriate feet. If the tilt angle exceeds 60°, the heating process is automatically interrupted until the panel heater is in an upright position again. This digital safety function allows you to enjoy the cozy warmth of your heater without any worries.

The product is suitable as heating for buildings and living spaces in accordance with the requirements of draft law 19/16716 Art. 1 §23 Para. 1 No. 3 GEG and the Ecodesign Directive 2015/1188/EC in conjunction with an external control system. This product is only suitable for well-insulated rooms or occasional use. This product is not suitable as a main heating system. As a distributor, we are obliged under the Ecodesign Directive to place each individual single room heater on the market with a control unit. If you do not include a control unit with your order, a standard version conforming to the directive is automatically included. In accordance with Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC and Regulation (EU) 2015/1188, electric space heaters may only be installed, controlled and operated together with a digital thermostat control with the function "weekday control" and "window open detection" or "adaptive control of the start of heating".

Note: If the batteries in the RX thermostat transmitter are low, the display may not update and this may affect the heating process. If the same room temperature and time are constantly displayed, please change the batteries.
