Description

The VASNER HL high-power industrial infrared heating panel has been developed for demanding professional applications with high heating requirements – from industrial and commercial buildings, workshops, production and storage areas to churches, chapels and event spaces. With a heating output of 1600 watts and a surface temperature of up to approx. 160 °C, the large-format heating panel quickly generates intense infrared radiant heat. Rather than first having to heat large volumes of room air, the radiant heat acts directly on people and surfaces within its effective range.

This type of heat transfer offers a particular advantage in large spaces and buildings with high ceilings: the heat can be directed precisely towards the areas where it is actually needed. Individual work, occupied or functional zones can therefore be supplied with intense radiant heat without having to heat the entire room to the same extent.

The generous 140 x 60 cm heating surface supports broad and even heat distribution. Depending on room size, ceiling height, intended use and required heating output, several industrial infrared heating panels can be positioned appropriately above the areas to be heated. As heat transfer takes place without a fan or blower, the heating system operates silently and without disruptive air movement. This is advantageous not only in working environments, but also in churches, event venues and other spaces where quiet heating operation is desirable.

With a depth of just 2.5 cm, the high-power heating panel remains exceptionally slim despite its intense heat output. Its black metal surface provides a discreet, professional appearance. Installation is possible both on the ceiling and high on a wall. For wall installation, a minimum mounting height of 1.80 m must be observed. A distance of at least 1–1.5 m must also be maintained between the heating surface and people.

For demand-based temperature regulation, the VASNER HL can be combined with a suitable external thermostat system. This allows the control system to be selected according to the individual building, room and usage requirements.

For flexible suspended ceiling installation, the heater is also compatible with the separately available VASNER steel cable set for ceiling suspension.

VASNER Radiation Efficiency

The radiation efficiency of our infrared heating series significantly exceeds the required 40%.

Information from the IG-Infrarot association:
Radiation efficiency depends on a number of influencing factors. These include the size of the infrared heater, the type of installation (wall / ceiling) and the test configuration used by the respective testing institute. The percentage value alone is therefore not meaningful without taking these factors into account.
The average radiation efficiency tested by TU Dresden in accordance with DIN EN IEC 60675-3 is over 50% for wall mounting and over 60% for ceiling mounting. The standard requirement of 40% is therefore significantly exceeded.

The radiation efficiency of VASNER infrared heaters was determined on behalf of VASNER by TU Dresden in accordance with the DIN EN IEC 60675-3 testing standard.
