Description

The VASNER HL RX high-power industrial infrared heating panel combines intense radiant heat with convenient wireless control and is designed for demanding applications with high heating requirements – from industrial and commercial buildings, workshops, production and storage areas to churches, chapels and event spaces. With a heating output of 1600 watts and a surface temperature of up to approx. 160 °C, the large-format heating panel quickly generates powerful infrared radiant heat. Rather than first having to heat large volumes of room air, the heat acts directly on people and surfaces within the intended area.

Particularly in large buildings and spaces with high ceilings, this heating principle enables targeted heat delivery. Workplaces, occupied areas and other functional zones can be supplied with intense infrared heat exactly where it is needed, without having to heat the entire room to the same extent. Depending on the size, height and use of the building, several HL RX heating panels can be positioned according to the required heating zones.

The large 140 x 60 cm heating surface provides broad distribution of the intense radiant heat. The heater operates entirely without a fan or blower, making it silent and free from disruptive air movement. This offers advantages not only in working and production environments, but also in churches, chapels and event spaces where quiet heating operation is particularly desirable.

For convenient operation, the RX wireless receiver is integrated directly into the high-power infrared heating panel. Wireless control is possible using the separately available VASNER HL RX Digital Transmitter or the compatible HL RX Remote Control. This allows the most suitable control solution to be selected according to the application and requirements on site.

Despite its high heating output, the VASNER HL RX has an exceptionally slim design with a depth of just 2.5 cm. Its black metal surface provides a discreet and professional appearance. Installation is possible both on the ceiling and high on a wall. For wall installation, a minimum mounting height of 1.80 m must be observed. A distance of at least 1–1.5 m must also be maintained between the heating surface and people.

For flexible suspended ceiling installation, the heater is also compatible with the separately available VASNER steel cable set for ceiling suspension.

VASNER Radiation Efficiency

The radiation efficiency of our infrared heating series significantly exceeds the required 40%.

Information from the IG-Infrarot association:
Radiation efficiency depends on a number of influencing factors. These include the size of the infrared heater, the type of installation (wall / ceiling) and the test configuration used by the respective testing institute. The percentage value alone is therefore not meaningful without taking these factors into account.
The average radiation efficiency tested by TU Dresden in accordance with DIN EN IEC 60675-3 is over 50% for wall mounting and over 60% for ceiling mounting. The standard requirement of 40% is therefore significantly exceeded.

The radiation efficiency of VASNER infrared heaters was determined on behalf of VASNER by TU Dresden in accordance with the DIN EN IEC 60675-3 testing standard.

Thanks to the integrated RX wireless receiver, the VASNER HL RX high-power industrial infrared heating panel can be controlled wirelessly using a compatible VASNER HL RX control device. The separately available HL RX Digital Transmitter and HL RX Remote Control are available for this purpose. This allows the most suitable operating method to be selected according to the respective application and on-site requirements.
