Description

The VASNER HL RX Hot Yoga heater combines intense heat with convenient wireless control in an exceptionally slim heating panel. The powerful 1600 watt model has been designed for professional Hot Yoga studios and training rooms where high temperatures and targeted heat for the training area are required. With a surface temperature of up to approx. 160 °C, the large 140 x 60 cm panel emits intense infrared radiant heat directly towards people and surfaces within its effective range.

Instead of having to heat the entire room uniformly via warmed air, the infrared heat can be directed specifically towards the areas where training takes place. The large heating surface supports wide-area heat distribution across the intended training zone. Depending on room size, ceiling height, insulation, desired temperature and the arrangement of the yoga mats, several HL RX heating panels can be positioned appropriately throughout the studio.

Heat is generated without a fan or blower. As a result, the heater operates silently and causes no disruptive air movement. This helps preserve a calm and relaxing environment during training, allowing participants to focus fully on their yoga practice.

A particular advantage of this version is the integrated RX wireless receiver. This allows the Hot Yoga heater to be controlled wirelessly using a compatible VASNER HL RX Digital Transmitter or the corresponding HL RX Remote Control. The control system can therefore be conveniently adapted to the requirements of the individual studio and the intended use. With the dedicated thermostat, a temperature of up to a maximum of 50°C can be set.

Despite its high heating output, the VASNER HL RX remains exceptionally slim with a depth of just 2.5 cm. Its black metal surface blends discreetly into modern studio environments. The heater can be installed space-efficiently on the ceiling or on a wall at a minimum height of 1.80 m. A distance of at least 1–1.5 m must always be maintained between the heating surface and people.

For flexible suspended ceiling installation, the heater is also compatible with the separately available VASNER steel cable set for ceiling suspension.

VASNER Radiation Efficiency

The radiation efficiency of our infrared heating series significantly exceeds the required 40%.

Information from the IG-Infrarot association:
Radiation efficiency depends on a number of influencing factors. These include the size of the infrared heater, the type of installation (wall / ceiling) and the test configuration used by the respective testing institute. The percentage value alone is therefore not meaningful without taking these factors into account.
The average radiation efficiency tested by TU Dresden in accordance with DIN EN IEC 60675-3 is over 50% for wall mounting and over 60% for ceiling mounting. The standard requirement of 40% is therefore significantly exceeded.

The radiation efficiency of VASNER infrared heaters was determined on behalf of VASNER by TU Dresden in accordance with the DIN EN IEC 60675-3 testing standard.

Guideline heating load values for Hot Yoga rooms:

The heating output required for a Hot Yoga room depends on factors including the insulation quality of the building, the number of external walls and the ceiling height. The following table provides an initial guide for rooms with a ceiling height of approx. 2.50 m.

For ceiling heights above 2.70 m, the calculated heating output should be increased by approx. 30%. In higher rooms, suspending the heating panels correspondingly further below the ceiling is also recommended. The precise system design must always be based on the individual room conditions.
