Description

The VASNER RX infrared heating radio remote control is a practical solution for controlling VASNER RX infrared heaters with integrated radio receiver. It is a simple alternative to the programmable RX thermostat transmitter and enables uncomplicated, manual heating control. With just a few buttons and a clear display, you can set the desired target temperature quickly and precisely. This means you always have your heating control conveniently under control. Functions such as window-open detection increase the efficiency of your infrared heating: if the room temperature suddenly drops by 3 °C, the heating switches off automatically to prevent energy loss. Frost protection activates the heating at temperatures below 5 °C and heats the room until 10 °C is reached. Thanks to its compact design and magnetic wall bracket, you can use the infrared heating remote control flexibly. The key lock function protects your settings from unintentional changes.

ATTENTION: Use of Remote Control OR Wall-Mounted Controller:
RX heaters can either be controlled with the RX remote control or the RX wall-mounted thermostat. It is NOT possible to pair both the remote control and the wall-mounted controller simultaneously with RX heaters in the same room. You can switch the control method in a room at any time, for instance, if you initially used a remote control and later decide to use the wall-mounted thermostat. Or vice versa.

Der Handsender RX der uns zuerst zugesandt

Der Handsender RX der uns zuerst zugesandt wurde war mangelhaft, es fehlte ein Batteriekontakt. Der Umtausch der Handsender erfolgte nach Reklamation sehr zeitnah. Es ist jedoch festzustellen, dass man auch hier am Produkt gespart hat und keine gebräuchlichen Kontakte eingebaut hat. Eine der Batterien springt heraus, wenn man sie festhält beim einschieben des Deckels, gelingt es aber den Deckel ordentlich zu schließen. Ich bin am überlegen alles zu verpacken und zurückzuschicken.
Ein geführtes Telefonat mit einem Mitarbeiter bei Vasner, hatte mein Verständnisproblem gelöst. Meine Frage war, wie ist die Raumtemperatur einzustellen und sicher zu sein, dass dies auch funktioniert was ich da mache. ich wurde am Telefon sehr freundlich und kompetent hierzu beraten. Die Anlage läuft nun, nach einigen Tagen Frust.
Wie mir der Mitarbeiter sagte wird das Problem mit der umständlichen und der für mich nicht verständlichen Menüführung, der Betriebsanleitung erkannt und man arbeitet bereits daran.
Prima, lasst mir bitte eine solche Anleitung per Email zukommen. Euer Kunde. Thomas Kuhn.

Magnethalterung sehr schwach, fällt gelegentlich bei kleinsten

Magnethalterung sehr schwach, fällt gelegentlich bei kleinsten Erschütterungen runter und muss dann neu gepaart werden. Batterie Einbau ist ein Geduldsspiel, man muss sehr aufpassen, dass man die Kontaktfedern nicht runterdrückt. Keine gute Lösung, habe das Teil zurückgeschickt und anstandslos das Geld zurückgehalten. Stattdessen habe ich einen Drehschalter eingebaut. Funktioniert nun einwandfrei. Auftrag und Retoure wurden schnell, zufrieden stellend abgewickelt, danke gerne wieder.
