Leider war der 1. gelieferte Ventilator defekt

Leider war der 1. gelieferte Ventilator defekt (machte laute Geräusche im Betrieb, da die Rotorblätter das Metallgehäuse berührt haben).
Der 2. Ventilator wurde zum Glück sehr schnell innerhalb von 1 Werktag geliefert und funktioniert bisher gut.
Dafür zumindest vielen Dank.
Falls die Ursache ein Schaden auf dem Weg der Auslieferung sein sollte, sollte das Lieferunternehmen mit einbezogen werden.
Normalerweise müsste es eine finale Funktionsprüfung im Werk geben, bevor das Gerät ausgeliefert wird, damit die Herstellerhaftung ausgeschlossen werden kann.
